Rand studied Architecture at Montana State University. He is licensed in Arizona, California,Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Texas, and Utah. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the U.S. Green Building Council.
Rand has spent more than 30 years in the architecture, engineering and construction industry and specializes in personal service for all types of building projects from residential to commercial and industrial. Rand's goal is to assist the Owner in the processes of programming, design, construction documents, bidding and construction administration, in order that the Owner have a building that meets his needs, budget and time constraints with design fees that are compatible with current standards.
Chris received both her Masters of Architecture and her Bachelors in Architectural Studies from the University of Utah. She is an Associate Member of A.I.A International.
Chris has been in the architecture industry since 2006, when she decided to make a huge career change after spending the previous 14-years in broadcasting. She has experience in healthcare design, civic, commercial and high-rise architecture, but her passion is residential, especially modern design. Chris strives to erase the boundaries between the interior and exterior. She brings the outdoors in with views and natural materials, and extends indoor spaces out to meld with nature. Her greatest influences are Richard Neutra, Pierre Koenig, E. Stewart Williams, Santiago Calatrava, Toyo Ito and Zaha Hadid.
Bob received his Associate's in Architectural Technology from Salt Lake Community College and is licensed in Arizona. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the International Facility Management Association.
Bob has over 14 years of experience in the architecture industry. He is passionate about the movement of people through space and how they interact with the environment around them. The spaces he designs are both comfortable and efficient. As a licensed Architect, he has designed and managed a wide range of project types and sizes including mission critical facilities, corporate offices, restaurants, government medical facilities, residential, financial institutions and hospitality.
Trace received both his Masters of Architecture and his Bachelors in Environmental Design from Montana State University
A creator at heart, Trace has a large variety of interests and experiences that bring a broad perspective to the design table. His vast travel experience has allowed him, to study Spanish Colonial, Myan, Aztec, Japanese, and Korean architecture in combination with the traditional European styles. He is a firm believer in the integration of site and creating a sense of place in his work. This ideology has also given him a passion for master planning and harmonizing the relationships between buildings.
Kristi’s road to an architecture firm passed through several surrounding industries: She worked as a real estate agent for almost a decade before she owned a construction and excavation company. She collected knowledge from those industries and brought it with her to run REA’s office. She manages the behind-the-scenes operations including project photography and documentation, human resources, accounting, scheduling, and general office morale.
